Returns

Tiles will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property (curbside). The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes. Orders under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier.

When ordering Tile Samples you will receive a small cut sample either 10cm x 10cm or 15cm x 15cm approx.

We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from Lion Tiles. If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in a re-salable condition, in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website. The customer will be responsible for organizing the return of the goods to our distribution warehouse return centre within 30 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the re-salable items.

There will be a restocking charge of 15% of the goods returned.

If the goods are not in a re-salable condition when they arrive back with us, Lion Tiles reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-salable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.

The best way to determine if a lorry can access your home/business address is whether you have a bin vehicle collecting from outside your premises.

Wide enough access – to accept large delivery lorries (minimum 2.8m)

No obstacles – free of obstacles that could obstruct delivery (e.g. low hanging tree branches)

No Inclines – the delivery area should be flat, rather than a steep slope

Hard & level surface – hand pallet trucks only operate on hard flat surfaces, not loose ground such as grass or gravel

Turning space – ample room to manoeuvre and position the lorry

You MUST advise if there are any parking or time restrictions at the delivery point.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
From our carrier, you will receive a text message or email on the day of the delivery with a 2-3 hour delivery window. If there any changes or delays you will receive an update via text.

If you have any doubts regarding the condition of the delivery, Please ensure to sign for the goods “UNCHECKED”.

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested, failure to do so will result in paying for a re-delivery charge.

Due to insurance and health and safety regulations, we are unable to transport goods into a Customer’s property.

Any Deliveries to Ireland will take 2-5 working days.
