Save money on delivery when you spend over £250 by helping yourself to free delivery. Just add products to the total of at least £250 into your cart and you will be presented with the option for free delivery.
We know when you can’t visit us in person you want to be 100% sure when buying from the internet that you are getting the right colour and quality for your project. We’re happy to send out samples to you for tiles at only £1 each, including delivery. The size of the samples vary depending on the tile.

What are the Lion Tiles working hours?
You can contact us by phone Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6pm excluding any Bank or National Holidays. We usually have someone on live chat each day until really late. Our huge range of tiles are available to buy via our website seven days a week day or night.
Do Lion Tiles prices include VAT?
All prices shown on this page are inclusive of V.A.T. at 20%
What is Lion Tiles' delivery policy?
All orders over £250 will be delivered free of charge anywhere in mainland Great Britain. Any orders less than £250.00 will be subject to a £25 delivery Charge. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote.
How long do you take to deliver?
Standard delivery is 2-3 days, however there is an option for next day delivery when checking out as long as the order is placed before 12.00pm. Next day delivery cost is £30.
What is Lion Tiles’ returns policy?
If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website.
There will be a restocking charge of 10% of the goods returned. If you require Lion tiles to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).
If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Lion Tiles reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.
If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.
We expect returned tiles in a re-saleable condition. Therefore we recommend that you put the tiles back on the pallet they were delivered on, and securely fasten the tiles so they are not able to move around. It is always helpful in the event that damage may be caused in transit to take a couple of photographs before they are wrapped and when they are wrapped, before they are collected. Because of batching issues etc, we can only accept returns within 14 days of the tiles being delivered.
What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded. Please note that the courier will ask you to sign for the goods on delivery. If you have not been given an opportunity to examine the goods, please sign for them “unexamined.” If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged, then please sign the delivery paperwork as “package damaged” or if you so wish refuse the delivery.
